Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Other Nigerian states: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days (customs-dependent)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free shipping may apply to orders above a specified amount; any active promotion will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can also track the status of any order from your Order History page.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and local courier office first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at services@favyempire.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
