Favy Empire provides fashion, jewellery, watches, accessories, crochet pieces, gift items, engraving, customization, delivery, account features, vendor pricing, and related customer services in Nigeria.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into a vendor arrangement with us. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We try to present product names, descriptions, prices, images, colors, sizes, availability, and customization options accurately. Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, natural materials, supplier variations, or handmade production.

Custom crochet, engraving, personalized pieces, and handmade items may have reasonable variations that are part of the craft and are not defects.

Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where an item is unavailable, payment fails, suspected fraud is detected, pricing is incorrect, delivery details are incomplete, or fulfillment would be impractical.

If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, vendor rates, delivery charges, and promotional offers may change without notice.

Payments may be processed through supported providers such as Flutterwave, bank transfer, or other methods we make available. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the selected payment provider to process your transaction.

We do not control payment-provider downtime, authorization decisions, card issuer declines, bank delays, or third-party payment verification timelines.

Delivery timelines, coverage, charges, and courier handling are covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

Please provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive your order. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather, incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, payment verification, or events outside our control.

Returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, return windows, and non-returnable items are covered in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, custom crochet, hygiene-sensitive, final-sale, or specially sourced items may not be returnable except where required by law or where we made an error.

You are responsible for confirming spelling, names, initials, dates, sizes, color choices, references, and design instructions before submitting a custom or personalized order.

Once production has started, personalized or made-to-order items may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless we approve the request or the issue was caused by our error.

Vendor or wholesale access is subject to application review and approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke vendor status at our discretion.

Vendor discounts, pricing tiers, availability, order priority, minimum purchase expectations, and programme benefits may change. Vendor accounts must not misuse pricing, misrepresent Favy Empire products, or engage in fraudulent resale activity.

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, bundles, free delivery offers, and gifts are subject to their stated terms, expiry dates, stock availability, and usage limits. We may correct, refuse, or cancel a promotion where there is abuse, error, or suspected fraud.

• Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, admin areas, systems, data, or payment flows without permission.
• Do not interfere with site performance, security, checkout, inventory, reviews, or customer communications.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or misuse our content, product data, photography, designs, or brand assets.
• Do not upload or submit content that is false, harmful, infringing, offensive, or unlawful.

The Favy Empire name, logo, website content, product photography, copy, graphics, designs, layouts, videos, and related brand materials are owned by Favy Empire or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit them without written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, testimonials, customization references, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share that content. You grant Favy Empire permission to use submitted feedback and non-sensitive customer content for service, support, quality control, and promotional purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our services may connect to third-party payment providers, couriers, social platforms, analytics tools, notification services, or external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, fees, delays, downtime, or decisions.

Our website and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays. Product availability, delivery estimates, and promotional offers may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favy Empire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of our website, products, payments, delivery, account features, vendor programme, or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify Favy Empire against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or inaccurate information supplied by you.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, payment-network issues, supplier delays, strikes, weather, power or internet outages, government action, security incidents, or emergencies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Favy Empire after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, orders, products, or services will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria.
